Another test: ask five people outside your company what you do after they visit your website or social channels. If their answers vary significantly, clarity is the issue.
Fixing clarity before scaling awareness
Clarity is not just about better copywriting. It is about alignment.
Start with these questions:
Can we explain what we do in one sentence without jargon?
Do we clearly define who we are for, and who we are not for?
Is our value obvious within the first few seconds of interaction?
Would a customer describe us the same way we describe ourselves?
If the answer to any of these is no, awareness is not your first move.
Refining positioning, tightening messaging, and simplifying offers will do more for growth than any campaign.
